The MQ7852 Power Modules are isolated single/dual dc-dc converters that operate over a wide input voltage range of 36Vdc to 60Vdc and provide a precisely (2%) regulated dc output in 1" X 2" size. Such a module is suitable to application with PoE application specification. The modules have a maximum output power 20W and 1.5A current for each channel with typical efficiency to 85% at full load.Inside PoE control circuit simplifies system design complexity, cost and reduces time to market.

MQ7260A is a non-isolated dc-dc converter that operates over a wide input voltage range of 3.0Vdc to 5.5Vdc and provide a precisely (2%) regulated dc (0.75-3.6V) output with industry standard SIP/SMT package. Such a module is suitable to application with 3.3V or 5V power supply bus. The modules have a maximum output current rating of 20A at a typical full-load efficiency over 93%. Standard features include remote on/off with optional logic mode and trimmed output voltage, over-current protection, over-temperature protection. Option features include output voltage remote sense compensation, right angle.

Union Microsystems releases MQ7854, one quad-output power module specific for WiMAX CPE device. MQ7854 features wide input from 40V to 60V, and four outputs including: 6.5V with very low under-/over-shot used for RF power circuit, 4.0V with very low noise for RF front-end circuit, 3.3V supply with 2A capability for digital system and core voltage for microprocessor which can be trimmed between 1.2V and 1.8V. MQ7854 integrates rich protection features: input under-/over-voltage protection, output over-/short-circuit protection with Hiccup mode, input reverse-polarity protection.
